Workout Instructions
Perform all rounds iof each exercise before moving onto next exercise. Rest as needed before starting each exercise.
A. Tsunami – 10 rounds x 10-25 reps
B. SideWinders – 10 rounds x 10-25 reps
C. Jerk – 10 rounds x 5 reps (each side)
