Marching Extended Shoulder Curl Steel Mace Exercise Description
To perform the Marching Extended Shoulder Curl Steel Mace Exercise start with the extended shoulder curl until the sphere is at the shoulder and the mace is in the cross body ready position. Then lock out the sphere side arm as you uncurl across your body to the opposite side, drawing the straight non-sphere arm back, putting you into the side load position.
Pull out of the side load position, curling the sphere cross body up to your shoulder, followed by uncurling back to the extended arm position. Watch that the rhythm of the march pattern doesn’t detract from the specific focus of curling, uncurling and arm locking with purpose through the movement.
