The Gladiator Hold is a great static exercise that will build full body strength and endurance. To make the exercise harder, go ahead and put a weight in your top hand and have some serious strength building fun.
Exercise Steps
Step 1: Get into a side plank with your right hand directly under your shoulder and your arm straight.
Step 2: Place your right foot on the ground and straighten your left leg.
Step 3: Hold this position as long as you can. Repeat on the other side.
Tips & Safety: Make sure to keep a tight core throughout the duration of the exercise. Maintain a straight line from head to toe and keep a neutral neck.
