Workout Instructions
Perform 300 total reps of all exercises in group A with as little rest as possible. Record your total time in the comments section. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1. Sandbag Deadlift – 100 reps.
A2. Sandbag Clean – 100 reps.
A3. Sandbag Clean & Press – 100 reps.
