Exercise Steps
Step 1: Grasp the Steel Mace with both hands and drive your elbows under and forward
Step 2: From this position, press the Steel Mace straight up to elbow lockout.
Step 3: Lower the Steel Mace back into the Rack Position.
Tips & Safety: Keep your back straight, heels down, and your core tight throughout the duration.
