Exercise Steps
Step 1: Position one handle of the rings at a distance where you can just about grab it while laying flat on the ground on your back.
Step 2: Grab the handle with your right hand lower than your left on the ring. Explosively pull up bringing your left shoulder over to the ring.
Step 3: Right as you get to the peak, twist back and lower yourself carefully not to land on your back. Repeat and then perform on other side.
Tips & Safety: Stay loose until you explosively pull yourself up. Keep your arms close to you. Imagine as though you are performing an elbow strike when you come up.
