One Arm Staggered Stance Row Exercise
The One Arm Staggered Stance Row Exercise will build upper body strength along with core stability and balance. By incorporating the staggered stance you can safely work in an unbalanced position while still having control to avoid overcompensating and straining. This will help build the structural integrity of the entire body.
Step 1: Position you a kettlebell on the outside of your right foot.
Step 2: Position the ball of your left foot in line with the heel of your right foot
Step 3: Maintaining a long spine and core tension to avoid rotation, grab the handle with your right hand
Step 4: With your right arm row bringing your elbow towards your hip
Step 5: Slowly lower the weight back to the end position and repeat
Tips and Safety: Avoid rotating or leaning by keeping a proud, wide chest and a slight arch in your back. If you feel too much strain or pressure lower the weight. Do not perform this movement unless you have the balance to do so.
