The Fight To The Finish Endurance Workout combines Onnit’s Steel Mace with a Heavy Tire for a killer conditioning combo that will increase your work capacity while building explosive power! This new found increase in strength, endurance, power, and full body explosiveness is a sure fire way to achieve success in your next bout!
Workout Instructions
Perform as many reps as possible in 60 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Move through each movement in group A as quickly as possible without rest. Once one round is completed rest as needed and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
A1: Alternating Tire Slam – 5 rounds x 60 sec
A2: Slam to Plyo Jump Combo – 5 rounds x 60 sec
A3: Roundabout Push Up – 5 rounds x 60 sec
A4: Same Side Tire Slam – 5 rounds x 60 sec (each side)
A5: Fighter Stance Springboard – 5 rounds x 60 sec
