Workout Instructions
Set your timer for 15 minutes and go! Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds for each exercise. Move through entire sequence as quickly as possible without resting. Once a round has been completed rest as needed and repeat. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes as possible. A1: Deadlift Into Burpee – max rounds x 30 sec A2: Off Balance Push Up – max rounds x 30 sec (each side) A3: Single Leg Deadlift – max rounds x 30 sec (each side) A4: Deck Squat – max rounds x 30 sec
