Workout Summary
Summer is here and the numbers on the thermostat are rising! As we all know, while the temperature heats up the clothes come off. Not only does the Bring Your Sexy “Back” Workout provide functional shoulder mobility and stronger upper back muscles, but it also creates a very the aesthetic physique. The Bring Your Sexy “Back” Workout will blast your rear delts, lats and upper back muscles as well as your core….since it is beach season. Along with increased muscle mass and strength endurance, performing the exercises as a circuit creates an extremely efficient aerobic capacity workout providing you with the ultimate summer workout.
Workout Instructions
Perform all reps of each exercise before moving onto next exercise. Move through all exercises with as little rest as possible. Once done with all exercises in group A rest as needed and repeat. For the Assisted Rope Climbs, up and back down is 1, perform as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat. Record your score and try to beat your best with each set.
A1: Battle Rings Body Row – 4 x 12 reps
A2: Battle Rings Reverse I,Y,T Fly – 4 x 8 reps (each)
A3: Battle Rings Face Pull – 4 x 12 reps
A4: Battle Rings Lawnmower Extension – 4 x 8 reps (each side)
B1: Battle Rings Assisted Rope Climb – 4 x 60 sec
