Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Tuesday October 27, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consists of 6 rounds of bodyweight training using as little rest as possible. This is #2 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all movements in group A before resting. Rest as little as needed and repeat for 6 total rounds. Start with a light weight and focus on good technique. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1: Bodyweight Alternating Forward Lunge – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A2: Bodyweight Reverse Lunge – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A3: Bodyweight Squats– 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A4: Bodyweight Squat to Burpee – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A5: Bodyweight Knee Throughs – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A6: Bodyweight Low Pulling Planks – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
A7: Bodyweight Push Ups – 6 rounds x 20 sec.
