Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Wednesday October 28, 2015. It is a sandbag workout consisting of 20 rounds of sandbag training using a minute on the minute scheme. This is #3 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform 8 reps of the sandbag clean to squat to press before resting. Perform 8 reps every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to get 8 reps, perform 6 reps every minute on the minute. If you fail to get 6 reps. perform 4 reps every minute on the minute. Rest with whatever time is left before starting the next minute. Start with a light weight and focus on good technique. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
