This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Friday November 13, 2015. It is a steel club, steel mace and kettlebell workout consisting of 5 rounds of steel club, steel mace and kettlebell training. This is #15 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A with as little rest as possible. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1. Steel Mace Split Stance Rows – 5 rounds x 30 sec. left/30 sec. right
A2. Kettlebell Clean to Squat – 5 rounds x 60 sec.
A3. Steel Mace Ballistic Curls – 5 rounds x 60 sec.
A4. Steel Club Alternating Pull Overs – 5 rounds x 30 sec. left/30 sec. right
A5. Steel Mace 360 – 5 rounds x 30 sec. left/30 sec. right
