Exercise Steps
Step 1: Hold the Steel Mace in a barbell curl grip with one hand close to weighted ball.
Step 2: Lift the mace to the top of a curl position while keeping the handle parallel to the floor.
Step 3: Lower yourself into a deep squat keeping your spine vertical and your chest up.
Step 4: Maintain an upright posture and as you stand out of the squat. Repeat.
