Similar to the Onnit 6 Challenges of the past, the $100K Onnit 6 Challenge is a fitness transformation competition where you can connect with other Onnit fans to help you set healthy habits that change your body and your life. The Challenge runs 12 weeks, and 10 winners will receive $10,000—a total of $100K in prize money—and more.
Choose from any of the Onnit 6 or Onnit In 30 programs to participate.

$100K Onnit 6 Challenge Rules
Train
Choose any of our Onnit 6 (O6) Programs or Onnit In 30 Programs and commit to them for 12 weeks. (Each O6 program runs six weeks, so you can combine it with another O6 program, or Onnit In 30, to keep training all 12 weeks.) All the workouts can be streamed on your computer and done at home. (See Find Your Workout below for more details.)
Engage
Connect with other O6 Challengers, including Onnit employees, to compare notes, share healthy recipes, and motivate each other to get the best results. Join the Onnit Tribe on Facebook, or Discord, and engage with other contestants by using the hashtag #Onnit6Challenge.
Share
After 12 weeks, be ready to answer specific questions about how the Challenge impacted your mental and physical well-being.

Important Dates
March 31
Last day, best day. The final workout of the program should feel bittersweet. Give it everything you can and have fun. You’re almost done.
April 1
Application submission begins. Watch for instructions on how to submit your results. We’ll be reaching out soon and asking you to answer specific questions about how the Challenge and your Onnit program changed your body and your mindset.
