Workout Instructions
Perform each Steelbell exercise as a circuit with as little rest as possible, after completing each Steelbell round, repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
A1: Steelbell Front Squat– 5 rounds x 10 reps.
A2: Steelbell Bent-Over Row – 5 rounds x 10 reps.
A3: Steelbell Overhead Slam – 5 rounds x 10 reps.
A4: Steelbell Burpee Slam – 5 rounds x 10 reps.
A5: Steelbell Elbow Strike – 5 rounds x 10 reps each side.
