Workout Summary

Workout Instructions
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes as possible. Once one round of all exercises is completed rest as needed and repeat. Track how many rounds you complete in 20 minutes and try and beat your score the next time you attack this workout.
A1: Barbell Deadlift – Max rounds x 8 reps
A2: Barbell Bent Over Row- Max rounds x 8 reps
A3: Barbell Push Press – Max rounds x 8 reps
A4: Barbell Front Squat – Max rounds x 8 reps
A5: Barbell Back Squat- Max rounds x 8 reps
A6: Barbell Standing Roll Outs – Max rounds x 8 reps
